Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymphatic fluid through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, MLD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, pre and post operation prep & recovery. Lymphatic massage helps with reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy , sports injuries, surgeries and some pathologies. Strengthening your Lymphatic system increases resistance to illness & boosting your bodies innate immunity.
Restorative Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
CranioSacral (SM) CS1 Protocol
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

A package can be set up for a series of sessions paid for all at once at a discounted rate. To meet the needs of a treatment plan.
(Example : 4 - 90 minute sessions for $650.00- versus full price rate would be 4 -90 min sessions $700.00)
Memberships highly recommended for those wanting to recieve maintenance wellness on a monthly basis, membership for a monthly or bimonthly service at discounted rate, that will be charged to your card on file every month for the date & duration that you specify.

Mobile Massage Service
Serving Riverside and inland empire , additional fee for mobile services. Extra $10 fee every 10 miles outside of Woodcrest area.
